Smile4u Inc. is a private company owned by myself, Char, and my husband Mark. We have terrific people assisting us, Derek and Kristy. Derek, my right hand man, assists in the acquisition of properties and coordinates our sales as well. Kristy processes most of the paperwork and is the one making sure we get the necessary information to file documents correctly. Mark and I spend a lot of time exploring land, mapping and using the GPS to help us to provide accurate information and pictures about the properties.
