Gorgeous Views of Blanca Peak in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range!

These 5 acres are located east of Alamosa, Colorado near the small towns of Blanca and Fort Garland as seen in the map links above. All of the pictures below were taken of the actual property and of the surrounding views when we visited this property October 2006. It was a beautiful sunny day and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and valley were very pretty this time of the year! There is an excellent road running in front of the property along the north as seen in the photos. It is only about 1/2 of a mile away from county road 11.
There are terrific views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains with Blanca Peak to the north looking so beautiful and very majestic! This area is fairly flat with scattered sagebrush. There is a house/garage directly across the street and the property is fenced in. There are also a couple of other neighbors down the road a bit. There is power 1/2 mile away on Country Road 11. I think this is a beautiful setting and a great spot for someone seeking a rural setting with excellent access and not too far from town! Enjoy! Char the Explorer : )
