This gorgeous big chunk of land is located approximately 29 miles south of Chambers, 38 miles north of St. Johns, and 76 miles east of Holbrook in northeastern Arizona. It is located not too far off of Interstate 40, the interstate that runs from Flagstaff to Gallup and Albuquerque. If you've been seeking that beautiful secluded big chunk of rural land in a country setting that's not too far from town this is something to check out! It is an oversized lot in the subdivision, four times larger than some of the other lots as seen in the parcel map link above!

Located near the beautiful Painted Desert and the Petrified Wood Forest it's hard to believe this is the desert! This property is located just north of the White Mountains in the colorful plateau region. It is a very pretty piece of land sitting on a very gentle rolling hill. You can see the treed White Mountains to the southwest - very pretty views! All of the photos below were taken when we visited the property in August 2007. There are a few homes sprinkled about this area.

We found a federal survey marker at the 1/2 mile mark along the top of the section line. A section equals one square mile. This is where the road runs along to the north and this property touches the north section line. This will make it easy to locate the property. There is a bend in the road where the road that leads down the north section line comes off of the main road. The road was a bit tricky to find as the entrance was hidden by the blading of the main road. It was quiet and peaceful and you could hear the breeze blowing. It was 82 degrees at 1:18 in the afternoon - what a beautiful day! We stopped and talked to a few neighbors out riding quads in the area that were very friendly! They were just out having fun!
