These three adjoining lots ar located in a beautiful area with gorgeous tall oaks! There are a lot of different varieties of trees and I would call many of them monsters because they are so tall for the area! I loved these three lots! There are two roads that lead along the property and one of the lots is a corner lot as seen in the parcel map link below. Shady Hill Drive is an excellent graveled road that leads along lots 154 & 155. The parcel map we received from the county is very difficult to read. We have tried to make out the dimensions and write them on the parcel map link above but were unable to read all of them. I approximate it is about 1/2 of an acre. You will need to research this further at the county courthouse.The lot slopes to the southeast. I thought these were beautiful lots and gave it 5 stars in my notes for the power in this peaceful area!
The sun was filtering down trough the big tall trees making the the forest floor light up - very pretty! There were some neighbors a few lots to the north as seen in the pictures as well. All of the photos below were taken when we visited the property in June of 2007. I think it would be a great place to get away for the weekend and enjoy some fishing! There is a public boat launch nestled in the subdivision as seen in the pictures and maps below. It sits down along the Tennessee border as seen in the map below. Subdivision and Local Area Information:
Kentucky Lakes Development is a subdivision tucked in against the lakes just above the Tennessee border. It is a beautiful subdivision that has been around since the 60's or 70's. There are several homes throughout it - beautiful homes mixed in amongst some older trailers from years back. It was a very friendly area with neighbors stopping along the way to make sure we were okay. I noticed several people pulling their boats during the day on their way to go fishing! One gentleman that stopped to talk to us shared his interesting story. He had moved here several years ago so he could have his own private retirement place to go fishing. But now there has been growth in the area and it's getting too busy for him. I laughed a bit to myself as the subdivision remains for the most part undeveloped and treed. But yes indeed there are plenty of homes in all shapes and sizes. We even saw a few deer running through the woods!

It was very easy to access the area and such a beautiful surrounding area! There is so much to do and see in this area!
