These five adjoining lots totalling 13.03 acres are located in Pine Meadows Ranch on the back side of El Morro National Monument in northwest New Mexico near the town of Ramah. The land to the north is flat with lots of tall trees. It then slopes down a gentle rolling hill to the south. There is a low spot that turns into a deeper ravine to the west. It starts as a more wide shallow area just north of Apache Drive and follows west forming a deeper and narrower ravine towards lot 724. It looks to be a seasonal stream and I spoke to the previous owner who said that she had seen water flowing through it previously!

The propety is very nicely covered in lots of big pine trees - it's hard to believe this is New Mexico! There are gorgeous views to the west of the treed hillsides that were green with trees filtering down them. The lots are flat along the northern part as well as lot 779 and then goes into a rolling hill as seen in the photos. It flattens out again along the south of the properties. I thought this big chunk of land makes up a great place to explore with lots of privacy! It was very peaceful and quiet - I could hear the birds singing!

There is power a few blocks away to the south at the neighbors. You would need to contact the local power company to know just how close it runs. Hickory Drive runs along the east and Apache Drive runs along the south as seen in the parcel map link above. The roads are marked but contact us before visiting as we believe Apache is mismarked at this time. All of the photos were taken when we visited the property in April 2008. It was a gorgeous day and about 64 degrees outside - of course any day exploring Pine Meadows is a gorgeous day!!!

I love to spend the day looking at land in Pine Meadows! A funny story - we sold this subdivision back in 2004 and 2005. I have had a great time exploring this subdivision! When Derek our newest employee asked me about my favorite areas to explore land, this was one of the two areas I mentioned. I said I sure wish I had more of those to sell. Well a few days later we received an opportunity to buy several adjoining lots there and this is part of that group!!
