The corner of 9th Street and K Street with the power lines running down K Street! Sun Valley Acres No. 2 is located on the east side of Elko County near the Utah/Idaho border about six miles northwest of Pilot Peak in a very beautiful part of Pilot Valley! K Street is an excellent gravel road running north to south through the middle of the section for about 4/10 of a mile. Power runs along this road as well as seen in the pictures below. There are quite a few roads running through this subdivision but I don't think all of the roads are in. There is a dedicated easement to each parcel. The subdivision is located in section 13 which is one square mile. Click on the section map link above to see how close this subdivision sits to Pilot Peak! Each square on the section map is one square mile. It actually is very close to the base of the Pilot Range and there are beautiful ranches in this part of the valley! There are nicely maintained homes in this subdivision as seen in the pictures below. All of the pictures were taken at the intersection of Ninth Street and K Street. We drove through the subdivision in the spring and the valley was a very rich green from all the snow melt! There were a few kids out having fun in the afternoon on their 4 wheelers. They blew past me when I was outside taking pictures and I didnt hear them till they passed - I jumped out of my shoes! Being one not to miss a great photo opportunity though I quickly pointed my camera their way! Looked like fun to me! This is one of my favorite subdivisions in the Pilot area because of the nice homes, easy access and quite a bit of power already to it. Beautiful mountain view of Pilot Range and Kids on a 4 - wheeler having fun! Nice houses in the subdivision and picture of the actual property! The plush green valley with beautiful farms and awesome views of the Pilot Range!
