We merged a few photos together to show the view to the northeast. There are semis traveling down the interstate and a group of trailers along the frontage road a few blocks away.
The Estancia Ranchettes is a very easy subdivision to locate about 33 miles east of Albuquerque and six miles east of the town of Moriarty off of Interstate 40. The infamous Clines Corner on Route 66 is about 15 minutes east down the interstate. It is a large subdivision with a few residents sprinkled about, but for the most part remains undeveloped. There are stunning sunsets of the Sandia Mountains to the West! Sandia is Spanish for watermelon and represents the beautiful reddish colors of the sunsets over the mountains. This lot sits very close to the beginning of the subdivision thats just to the south of the interestate close to where the exit ramp is off of Interstate 40. It is close to the exit where the hotel/bar/restaurant are at as seen in the maps above and photos below. All of the pictures were taken on a previous visit only three blocks to the northwest as seen in the parcel map link. We have not had a chance to view this property and the pictures should be an excellent representation of the property and roads in the subdivision and you can actually see this property as well in the photos looking to the southeast. There are pretty views of the treed hills from the north to the northeast. The Sandia Mountains can be seen from the southwest all the way up to the northwest! There are a few farms to the west. There is a nice home to the southeast. Lots of trailers along the county road to the north. The traffic along the interstate to the northeast can be seen. It is fairly flat with a gentle slope. It is very nicely covered in grass and low shrubs. There is power five blocks north at Martinez but it also looks like there might be power closer as the aerial photos show a home one block north. Pueblo is an excellent graded and graveled road at the end of the block to the west and there is a dirt road running along the south. They each have already been subdivided so if you decide to keep one acre for yourself and sell or gift the other one acre you will have no additional paperwork to do! They can be split apart into two separate parcels simply by filing a deed. We prefer to not split them apart for those of you who appreciate the privacy of 2 acres! Enjoy! Char the Explorer! Excellent graveled road that runs just to the west of the property at the end of the block! There are pretty trees on the hills to the northeast! This is the bar/hotel at the exit off the interstate to the northwest.
