Smile4u Inc. is a private company owned by myself, Char, and my husband Mark. We have terrific people assisting us: Derek, Kristy, and Melanie. Derek assists in the acquisition of properties and coordinates our sales. Kristy processes our paperwork and makes sure we get the necessary information to file documents correctly. Melanie is responsible for our advertising, marketing, and graphic design. Mark and I spend a lot of time exploring land, mapping and using the GPS to help us to provide accurate information and pictures about the properties.
